WELCOME TO WILD REN WHOLESALE
Please read these wholesale policies and then apply by filling out the wholesale application form linked below.
By signing up as a wholesale account, you agree to the following guidelines, please note anyone not adhering to these rules are subject to have their order and/or wholesale account cancelled without notice:
- NO MOQ ON BAMBOO ORDERS (we will not add on to a previous order whether it has shipped or not) you must place another order on our website.
- You must have been in business for at least 3 months.
- Run preorders at your own risk. Our bamboo is made overseas just like any other company. Pre-ordering overseas items comes with the risk that they could become delayed through customs or even lost in transit. Our goal is always to ship our preorders out on time, but delays like this can be out of our control. We recommend extending the TAT you give your customers to be 2/3 weeks over what we state in our posts/listings for preorders to have room for shipping delays.
- No custom requests to drop-ship items in your order will be allowed. If you need to drop ship items to your customers, please use Synclogic and connect our store/collections OR you may place individual orders on our website and enter your customers address in the billing address. Please state at checkout in the notes section if it is a drop ship order.
- Anyone selling our bamboo under suggested retail will be removed immediately. Suggested retail can be found on our Facebook page and our website. Each item should be no less than these prices. New releases must not be put on sale for at least 30 days after receiving.
- If you receive a damaged item, please email us at wildrenbamboo@gmail.com, and we will get a return label sent out promptly. We must be notified of damaged items within 4 business days of receipt in order to process return.
- No cash returns, store credit only. Anything sent back damaged will receive a replacement of that same item. If that item is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit to your account.
- NO bamboo shops that produce their own bamboo.
- Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All wholesale orders stand once placed.
- A description is available for each item. By ordering the item, you're accepting responsibility of reading product descriptions.
- Retail coupon codes are NOT allowed to be used for wholesale orders. Anyone using retail codes used on wholesale orders will be refunded and cancelled immediately.
